Abstract:
The "Outdoor Unit" system was designed for the purpose of maintainance and installation identified
by an interview on 11 January 2020 that the installation of air conditioners especially the installation
of "outdoor" units in low-cost flats such as the PPRT House had a challenge as there were no specific
angles available. They had to use the way the army or "lifting" used the rope to lift the "outdoor"
unit. The support system or "bracket" used to accommodate high levels of loads. Even have slots for
screws to bind this unit to a supporter system but are often not used. With the objective, an
initiative was created for the device, easy to install and maintained and also cover two units of
"outdoor" capacity 1.5 hp with a total weight of 150 kg including the weight of the technician. The
Platform is designed to improve safety quality to mitigate risks during installation and maintenance
works in high place. Theoretical analysis on this study, ideas design findings, which are based on data
collection from surveys. The analysis has been taken in accordance with the idea that has been
designed to address the problem. In the study findings, in some buildings were not organised until
the completion of the building, the project was able to resolve the problem. This initiative is one of
the improvement in the project, adding trusses to further strengthen the point because the project
is more aware of the security of the installer and maintenance of air conditioning. Also, add "slide
rollers" to save space on the main "bracket", when it is not used it can be closed.
