Abstract:
Labelling on the bottle is required to provide information to consumers related to a
product. Owners of small business premises usually carry out the patching process
manually. This results in the user not having the time required to complete the patching
work. In addition, problems in the process of pasting stickers on products will appear
user do not existing technology. Therefore, the objective of this study is to design and
use bottle labelling machines to assist small users in labelling bottles systematically and
neatly without using manpower. This machine was created to facilitate the work of
pasting label on bottles. The research methods that have been designed are scientific
work, design revolution and selection, detailed design, hardware used, model
production, material selection and preparation, installation and finishing process, cost
availability, egronomic, analysis and even upward modelling. When pasting a bottle
using manpower, the filling becomes inaccurate and irregular. This bottle labelling
machine is expected to help In the use of manpower in doing the patching work as well
as can help the filling be exactly on the stage. Among the suggestions for improvements
that are not recommended using the manual method machines for automatic methods
using electric motor. Second, In terms of the use of manpower to move the roller to the
use of the belt. As a result of this innovation search, we hope the benefit small scale
users and be able to connect to improved machine operating skills
