Abstract: Workers often feel pain when lifting a object that has a load of 50kg to 100kg. This is because, it can cause joints or muscles in the human body can cause injury. Therefore, Load mover is an idea and design created for the purpose of helping employees or individuals facilitate the process of carrying a load of 50kg up to 100kg. The problem statement we found was an incorrect way of lifting a load, need lots of force when the distance to be carried was in a distant position. The objective of this product is to help carry, lifting and place the load in the place where you want to move. Next, a journey that takes time quickly and is easy to drive. It can also reduce a lot of manpower. Initially, Load Mover must undergo some type of test first before it used by the user. Load Mover has been successfully tested and implemented on several respondents. When they tested, they found some weaknesses from our product. With this result, our product has solved the stated weaknesses and can be overcome as well as partially repaired. Therefore, Improvements should be implemented to ensure that the product satisfies the consumers.
