Abstract: Roof is a one of the important parts for the building.The care for the roof is crucial to make sure that roof is in a safe condition that will make no harm to the people.According to the “Garis Panduan Pemeriksaan Bangunan Sedia ada”, the inefficiency of the maintenance work system of the building can make a defects and damage the building.The inefficiency of a building can be defined as the failure of the building ability to deliver its best function.If this situation can’t be handle, it will attract the loss of money and the loss of life.(Roof Climber Support”) is design to reduce the risk in case of emergency involving the roof maintenance.Moreover, it can be used to cleaning work, roof replacement, and leaky roof repairs. Roof Climber Support use the principle of a stairs.(“Roof Climber Support”) has be innovated to be friendly use with the hanger on the roof tiles for locking the device and a line of handles which is can be hold while doing the maintenance work.The data collection obtained using the qualitative and quantitative method.There is 96% of respondent support the making of this device which being said will affect the fluency of the roof maintenance.This device need to be commercialized because until now the domestic roof maintenance only works with workers physical capability on handling their task without using any devices.
