Abstract

Homemade sealer machine is a packaging machine processed by packaging machines found in the packaging industry. Product packaging, especially food products, is to extend the life of the product. Unfortunately, it is found that small entrepreneurs face difficulties in purchasing packaging machines due to the relatively high cost problem. Small entrepreneurs can produce many local products especially on food products such as chips,pastes and so on. This will cause the food will not last long because it does not use the correct packaging method. Therefore, the objective of this project is to help small entrepreneurs to be able to buy packaging machines that are affordable and quality. This machine will pack food quickly and save time. For example, packaging machines are commonly used in large industries for commercial production processes so they are not suitable for use for small and medium industries. With the packaging machines like this, small industrial groups can increase their productivity as well as the quality of the products they produce is on par with large industries. This machine is equipped with a plat wood where the material to be tested is placed on the conveyor. The function of this conveyor is to move the plastic to be tested to get strong support. With the conveyor as a supporting material, soldering iron which have been joined with wood can produce the best quality. The material used to make this homemade sealer machine is type of plat wood coded 4408 so that this machine is stronger.
